MVP Ben Schorr offers this procedure:
- Go to the Calendar Folder.
- Switch to the Annual Events view.
- Create a filter (in Outlook 97, View | Filter;
in Outlook 98 and later, View | Current View |
Customize Current View | Filter) to search for the word
"Birthday" in the Subject field. (If all birthdays are in the
Birthday category, you can filter on categories.)
- In the Filter dialog box, switch to the Advanced
tab.
- From the Field list, choose All
Appointment Fields | Recurrence Pattern. Set Condition
to "contains." For the Value, type
the name of the month you're interested in.
- Click OK, and you'll see a list of all of the birthdays in
your calendar during that month.
See
List Upcoming Birthdays (Outlook-tips.net) for the steps (and
screenshots) for a similar filter.
