Method #4: Open in Microsoft Word, search and replace
"<" with Tab (a special character) and
">" with nothing to create a tab-delimited
file. You should then be able to use Import
to Personal Address Book on it.

Method #1 (Outlook 98 through 2003): In Outlook, choose File | Import and Export | Import
Internet Mail and Addresses.
Method #3: (Outlook 97) In Outlook
Express, choose File | Import | Address Book.
Then, use WabOut, or use File | Export | Address Book and export to a
comma-delimited text file, which Outlook can import.

In Exchange, choose File
| Import and point to your MS Mail .mmf file.
Method #2: In Outlook
Express, choose File | Import | Address Book.
Then, choose File | Import | Address Book and export to Personal Address Book. Works for Netscape 4.0 but not Netscape 4.5 or 7.
Method #3: If you have Word 7.0, try Nscpabb2,
a Word template file. It does not work with Word 97 and
will not be ported, so please don't ask.

Internet Mail and Addresses. Works for Netscape 4.0.

Method #2: From Outlook, choose File | Import
and Export and export as a comma-delimited text
file. Then, from Outlook Express, choose File |
